Privacy policy
Effective 28 October 2026. Applies to the Proof of Done app for Jira Cloud.
Who we are
Proof of Done is built by Atlas Works (Ihor Kolosov, Hungary). Contact: hi@ihor.work.
Where your data lives
Proof of Done runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. It makes no calls to servers outside Atlassian, and we — the developers — have no access to the data it stores. Everything stays in the Forge storage of the Jira site where the app is installed and is processed by Atlassian under Atlassian’s privacy policy.
What the app stores
- Ledger entries for issues labelled for agents: issue key, event type (claim, refusal, hand-in, review, decision), time, the agent name chosen by the agent, the Atlassian account ID of the person who accepted or returned the work, the text of the hand-in (summary, link, steps, evidence, criteria coverage) and a hash linking each entry to the previous one.
- Per-agent counters used for the Agent Trust Board.
The app also writes comments and attachments to Jira issues and moves issues between statuses, using your site’s permissions. These become ordinary Jira content and follow your Jira data settings.
What the app does not do
- No analytics, tracking, cookies or advertising.
- No sale or sharing of data with anyone.
- No use of your data to train models. The Rovo agent runs inside Atlassian Rovo under Atlassian’s terms.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the app is installed. When the app is uninstalled, Atlassian deletes its Forge storage according to the Forge platform’s data retention rules. Ledger entries are append-only by design; ask us at the address above if you need help removing them earlier.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data. Because the data stays on your Jira site, your site administrator can act directly; we will help on request at hi@ihor.work.
Changes
We will publish changes on this page with a new effective date.
